    While we will make every effort to see that orders received on any given business day are shipped within 24 hours, circumstances beyond our control may prevent this. Please allow 2-3 business days for your item(s) to ship.


    Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, Elite Vaporworks will accept qualified  products for exchange or refund within 15 days of the original purchase date.


    In order to qualify for refund or exchange, all returns must have a valid Return Authorization (RA) Number.  Please contact info@elitevaporworks.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  In addition, all items must be returned in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when sold.  All packaging materials, literature, documentation, accessories etc. must be included in order for the return to be considered valid.  All items returned will be inspected, and those found not to be in compliance with this will be rejected, or will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, at the sole discretion of Elite Vaporworks.

    Returns received without a valid RA Number will be deemed not to be in compliance with our return policy, and will be rejected, or will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

    Please note that any refunds will be for the purchase price of the merchandise only (less any discounts or allowances received at the time of purchase), including any applicable sales tax paid.  We can not refund any shipping charges.


    Return Shipping

    For your protection, we recommend that you insure the item(s) being returned, and that you use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number and/or confirmation of delivery.  We will not be responsible for any items that are damaged or lost in transit.  Shipping and handling charges, both to and from Elite Vaporworks, will be paid by the customer, and are not refundable.


    Please Note

    Due to health considerations, we are not able to accept returns of any of our E-Liquid products.  If you believe there is a flaw in the manufacture of any E-Liquid, however, please contact us at info@elitevaporworks.com for consideration of replacement of product.  If replacement is made, it must be of the same flavor and strength as that originally purchased.


    Return Processing

    Please allow five (5) business days after our receipt of your item(s) for the processing of your return.
